Join us for one of our casual and very fun cooking classes. Classes are held near downtown Santa Rosa at the licensed home kitchen of Criminal's creator, Dawn. All classes include a meal, and of course, delicious take aways.
*Location & Logistical Notes: 610 Brown Street is the spot! There is lots of free street parking. Please be kind and respectful of our neighbors. Classes are generally limited to 8 spaces. Wear comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting messy & closed toed shoes. Kids make great students and are welcome if 8 years or older. They must be accompanied by an adult if under 14.
We offer private classes & dinners for individuals, couples, & groups. Whether you are exploring the Sonoma County food scene, a bridal party, corporate team building, or any reason at all, email us at criminalbaker@gmail.com for pricing and date availability. Cooking & baking reinforces so many educational principles, as well as patience,
a feeling of accomplishment, and the love of learning. Also it's playtime (for kids and adults.) Get a group of 4 or more kids together (max 10), and book a fun-filled kitchen adventure.

Learn how to make a delicious pie crust or 2 and how to create fillings that taste so good. You'll feel like you're in your aunty's or gramma's kitchen.
Cinnamon Rolls 101
5/23, 11-2pm, $125
First we make the dough, then we let it rise as we make filling and frosting. Then it's roll, fill, and bake time. This is a very fun and a bit messy class! Enjoy brunch and take home cinnamon rolls!
